Jurong HDB price is still in going up, although COV is low, still Unit near MRT station is above 340k, far higher than some 5 Room flat near by, when is the price coming down? not so soon as still selling price is cash above valuation.
No sign of the price to drop at least for another 6 to 9 month for what i foresee.
